These terms govern your use of serana.ai. By using the site you agree to them. If you use our application under a separate written agreement, that agreement governs your use of the application and takes precedence over these terms.

1. Use of the site

You may view and use this site for lawful purposes. You agree not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, scrape it in a way that degrades service for others, or use it to send unsolicited communications.

2. Accounts

Some areas require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at info@serana.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Intellectual property

The content, design, software, and trade marks on this site belong to Serana AI Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, adapt, or redistribute them without our written permission, other than briefly quoting our published writing with attribution and a link.

4. Demo requests and communications

If you submit a demo request we will use your email address to contact you about it, as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting a request does not create any obligation on either side, and we may decline it.

5. Product descriptions and forward-looking statements

Descriptions of product capability on this site, including any illustrative figures, sample outputs, and interface mock-ups, are for general information. They are illustrative rather than a specification, may describe planned functionality, and do not form part of any contract or constitute a warranty of performance.

6. No professional reliance

Our software supports planning and engineering decisions; it does not replace professional judgement. You remain responsible for validating any output before relying on it for operational, regulatory, or safety purposes.

This site links to third-party sites we do not control, and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Consumers may have statutory rights that these terms do not affect.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, without affecting any mandatory protections available to you where you live.
